Program Overview

Supernatural University is an online educational experience with opportunities for in-person live training. By purchasing access, you acknowledge that this program consists of intellectual property and mentorship, not physical products. Your payment applies to the duration of access, not ownership of the materials.

Access to the private community and course curriculum is available for the designated program length and is not guaranteed beyond that timeframe. Continued access is granted at the discretion of Supernatural University and may be revoked at any time.

Enrollment does not guarantee permanent access to the private community. If your registration includes a redeemable bonus, you will be notified by email. Bonuses are subject to change or revocation at our discretion and in alignment with our terms and policies.

After registration, you will receive a welcome email containing your login details and compliance agreement. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

​

All initial registration payments are final and considered processing fees.

Supernatural University reserves the right to deny or revoke access at any time for any reason.

Commitment to Program Duration

By enrolling in Supernatural University, you acknowledge and agree to a minimum commitment of one (1) year from the date of your registration.

Your one-year commitment allows us to build a spiritually focused, growth-minded community of students who are serious about their journey and  the full benefits of the program.

 

Please consider this commitment carefully before enrolling, as this policy helps maintain the integrity, momentum, and impact of the experience for all participants.

 

Payments

Supernatural University partners with a third-party payment processor to handle all financial transactions. We do not collect, store, or process payment information directly.

By enrolling in a monthly payment plan, you agree to a 30-day billing cycle (not a fixed calendar date). Prior to each billing cycle, you will receive an email reminder from the payment processor.

​

• All initial registration payments are non-refundable.

• Cancellations must be requested at least 3 business days before the next billing date to avoid further charges.

• Our team reserves the right to adjust billing dates as needed to comply with our policies.

 

For participants who enrolled at a promotional first-month rate, a full registration payment must be made before attending any in-person training.

We may adjust your second payment date to ensure full payment is made in advance of those events. If a payment lapses, access to content and in-person events may be paused until the account is in good standing.

 

In-Person Training Opportunities

By participating in in-person training events:

• You acknowledge that venues may be under construction or undergoing improvements.

• You agree not to disclose event locations to third parties.

• You accept full responsibility for your personal health and safety.

 

By attending, you release Supernatural University—its staff, contractors, affiliates, and volunteers—from any liability related to illness (including COVID-19), injury, or travel.

All initial registration payments are non-refundable.

All in-person attendance is subject to the same terms, including bonus redemption and participant behavior policies. We reserve the right to deny attendance for any reason.

Program Materials & Community Access

Supernatural University’s curriculum and community are designed to provide educational, faith-based, and strategic development tools. All materials—including videos, downloads, and online teachings—are for personal use only.

We do not provide legal, accounting, or other professional advice. If you require such services, please consult a licensed expert. It is the participant’s responsibility to exercise due diligence and seek independent counsel before making decisions based on program content.

Your continued participation constitutes your agreement to any updates. These changes reflect the organic evolution of our offerings and are necessary to maintain a high standard of service.

 

Failure to comply with current or future terms may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

 

Disclaimer

The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB), as noted above, regulates degree-granting authority in Texas. They determine whether institutions may operate as postsecondary providers, review religious-based curriculum, permit the offering of degrees, and evaluate whether the use of the word “university” raises regulatory concerns.

 

While our curriculum has been reviewed and approved by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, we intentionally offer a different approach. Supernatural University does not offer degrees of any kind.
